Will you be traveling to Mayotte for your next trip? A Mayotte visa will not be necessary in order to visit Mayotte for up to 3 months. Your United States Passport should be up to date and in order before your trip to Mayotte.
Being that Mayotte is an overseas department of France that is not located in Europe, it is not considered to be under the Schengen Agreement.
