Nepal Visa – How To Apply For A Nepalese Visa
Traveling to Nepal for your next trip? You will need to obtain a Nepal visa before you can visit Nepal. Nepal does not offer single entry visas, rather they offer multiple entry visas that are valid for 15, 30 and 90 days. In addition to obtaining a visa, you will also have to verify if your passport is in order and up to date.
It is important to note that you will need to check to make sure that your existing passport has enough blank pages to accommodate any stamps and stickers that may be necessary upon arrival. We suggest that at least (2) visa pages are left blank. Also, bear in mind the validity left on your existing passport. We recommend that there be at least 6 months validity left on a passport before traveling abroad. Last but not least, inquire about your flight and if a transit visa will be required. You may need to obtain a transit visa if you will be connecting flights in some cases.
Nepal Visa Requirements
Regarding a Nepal visa, your documents should include a Nepal visa application form, your original, signed United States passport, and at least (1) accepted passport photo. The above-mentioned documents are required for a tourist visa. For a business visa, you will need to provide a business letter in addition to what is required for a tourist visa. A business letter will have to be supplied as well. The business letter should have an introduction of the applicant, the type of the business that will be taking place on the trip, and state the type of visa and desired validity length. Lastly, you will have to prove that you have sufficient funds for your traveling purposes within the business letter. The letter should be written on the company’s letterhead that you are working for.
