Their business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and on Saturday from 9:30 am to noon. The third is at 300 Packerland Drive and the hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. Also, on Saturday from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm. The last is at 2250 W Mason Street and the business hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Post Office Passport Services

The post office offers routine and expedited passport services. Routine service is when the application process takes about 4-6 weeks. The service is standard unless there is a delay in the process which sometimes occurs for different reasons. For example, a high inflow of applications may cause processing time to increase. Similarly, in climate weather slows the mailing process which then delays outgoing and incoming mail. The other service, expedited speeds the processing time up. Because of expedited services, you can get a passport in 2-3 weeks. Expedited services cost more and are only available if proof can be provided to show the need for a new document in such time.

Other Acceptance Facilities

Apart from the post office, other acceptance facilities are available to the public. These sites are courthouses, county clerk’s offices, and public libraries. Unlike the post offices, these facilities only offer routine service and not expedited services. However, the processing cost is the same. All the acceptance facilities are not open on Federal Holidays; so avoid going on holidays. Some may require an appointment, so call before visiting. The hours for each may vary as well, so inquire before showing up to a close office.

Keep in mind that in addition to the post offices found in Green Bay, there are others in Brown County that will offer the same services. You can visit any to submit your documents. The processing time will be the same for routine processing or expedited services. So, whenever to decide to get your new passport, visit your nearest post office, courthouse, county clerk’s office, or a public library that accepts passport application.
