It is also open on Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The second is at 1000 Lamar Street and opens from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The third is at 3107 5th Street and operates Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. it is also open on Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

Passport Services at the Post Office

The post office offers two types of passport services, routine and expedited. Routine is considered the standard way of getting a passport. This process entails the documents are submitted to the post office where an agent package them and sends it to a processing center. From submission to receiving the new document takes 4-6 weeks in general. This time can increase if at the time there is a high volume of applicants or severe weather in the region.

Wichita Falls Expedited passport services are for rush processing. Anyone who needs a passport sooner than four weeks can ask for this option. However, proof for rush processing is a requirement.
