The Jamaica Travel Authorization application can be found on the official Jamaican government website. The application must be completed and submitted 72 hours before the planned travel date.

To complete the form, travelers must provide personal information like name, address, and passport details as well as details of their travel plans, such as dates of arrival and departure, intended purpose of the trip, and details about their accommodation.

Once the application is submitted, travelers will receive a confirmation email with instructions on printing out their travel authorization. The travel authorization must be printed before boarding the plane or entering Jamaica’s borders, as immigration officials may request it upon arrival.

  1.  A Valid Passport – To vacation in Jamaica, your passport must have no fewer than two empty pages and not expire for at least six months following your return home.
  2.  COVID-19 Test – All travelers who have recently visited high-risk areas, including Brazil, the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Panama, and the United States of America, must present a valid Antigen or PCR NEGATIVE test result to be allowed entry.
  3. Completed Travel Authorization Form
