By this, Guilford College is able to offer the same hands-on feeling for students regardless what country they are in!

Study Abroad Programs develop knowledge and intercultural sensitivity by engaging students with new worldviews and perspectives. Studying and living abroad also promotes a tolerance for ambiguous circumstances and the problem-solving skills necessary to function adaptively amid uncertainty. Classes and experiences in the host culture ultimately develop the skills to interact and communicate across cultural difference, plus a respect for new ways of living and working..

Guilford College Affiliate Program Highlights

The colleges’ relationships with these affiliate programs ultimately give the students an advantage in the students benefit as they are offered a wider breadth and depth of program options. Not to mention students also have the chance to have their financial aid and scholarships roll over into these programs.

Besides partnerships with other universities worldwide to offer exchange and semester long programs, Guilford also works with a great number of accredited affiliate programs. The programs, cumulatively, take students all around the world as well as even offering semesters at sea!
