Bhutan Visa – How To Apply For A Bhutanese Visa

Looking for information regarding a Bhutan visa?  Before taking a trip anywhere in the world, it’s always a good idea to research and make sure that all of your necessary documents are in order. If you’re a U.S. citizen who is traveling to Bhutan,  a tourist visa or a business visa will be required depending on the nature of your trip.

When you are traveling to Bhutan, you will need to obtain your visa with a licensed tour operator located in Bhutan. Once your application has been approved, it will be sent to you to use for your trip. When you get to Bhutan, you will need to present your Bhutan visa, your passport, two passport-style photographs, and a $20 fee to receive the necessary visa sticker.

It’s also important to note that you will need to check to make sure that your existing passport has enough blank pages to accommodate any stamps and stickers that may be necessary upon arrival. Most experts recommend that you keep at least two full blank pages in your passport for this reason.

If you need to apply for a new passport, renew your existing one, obtain additional visa blank pages or perform any other type of necessary task, you can easily do so using expedited passport services in your area.
