Lebanon Visa – How To Apply For A Lebanese Visa
Are you planning a trip to Lebanon? You will need to obtain a Lebanon Visa in order to travel to Lebanon. Lebanon requires a little more criteria than other countries in order for travelers to obtain their Lebanon visa.
When applying for a visa to Lebanon, your documents should include, a Lebanon visa application form, your signed United States passport with at least 6 months validity, (2) passport photographs, an itinerary of your trip, and proof of name and address via a Driver’s License. Also, you should provide an occupational letter from your employer, with the applicant’s name on the employer’s letterhead, the duration of stay, purpose of travel, and assurance that you will be returning to your current job.
If traveling on Business, everything above should be provided as well as a business invitation or business letter. A business invitation should include an introduction of the applicant, the type of business that will be conducted on the trip, and declare the type of visa and desirable validity length. The same will apply for a business letter with one more requirement. You will have to provide evidence of sufficient funds for your traveling purposes with a business letter. Both the letter and invitation should be written on the company’s letterhead that you are working for.
NOTE: Your passport should not have any traces of travel to Israel or intended travel to Israel.
Lastly, travelers who stay longer than what they are allowed in Lebanon will have to contact the Department of Passport and Immigration to apply for an exit visa before they are allowed to depart Lebanon.
