Liberia Visa – How To Apply For A Liberian Visa
If you are going on a trip to Liberia, you will need to obtain a Liberia visa in order to travel to Liberia. There are single entry visas that can allow you to stay in Liberia for up to 1 year. Also, there are multiple entry visas that can allow you to stay in Liberia for up to 3 years.
Your documents when applying for a Liberia tourist visa should include, a Liberia visa application form, your signed United States passport with at least 6 months validity, (2) passport photographs, an itinerary of your trip, and proof of a yellow fever vaccination. Also, you should provide a copy of your hotel reservations with the applicants name on the reservation for the hotel if requested.
If applying for a business visa, you will have to provide a business letter as well as the documents mentioned in the above paragraph. A business letter should include an introduction of the applicant, the nature of the business that will be conducted on the trip, and state the type of visa and preferred validity length. Lastly, you will have to prove sufficient funds for your traveling purposes with a business letter. The business letter should be written on the company’s letter head that you are working for.
Finally, for an Official Visa you will have to your signed United States passport with at least 6 months validity, (2) passport photographs, and a State Department Letter from the United States Department of State. The State Department letter should include your detailed purpose of travel to Liberia, names and addresses of establishments you will visit, and the dates of the trip. The letter should address the “Embassy of Liberia, Washington, D.C.”
