Your passport should have a minimum of 6 months validity left on it when you end your trip to Puerto Rico. Some countries will require a certain validity time frame after you leave that country. Some countries will require 1 month, some will require 6 months. It will all depend on the country you plan to visit. We recommend that you inquire with the country’s Embassy in which you wish to travel before traveling there.
Also, your passport should have at least (2) blank visa pages. The blank visa pages will allow for any visa stamps that need to be placed in your passport. At the time, issues have arisen due to the lack of visa pages in a passport book. So to avoid any difficulties while traveling, we recommend that you keep these two guidelines in mind.

A business invitation should entail an introduction of the applicant, the type of the business being conducted on the trip, and state the type of visa and desired validity length. The same will apply for a business letter with one more requirement. You will have to prove adequate funds for your traveling purposes with a business letter. Both the letter and invitation should be written on the company’s letterhead that you are employed with.
