Are you thinking about traveling to Vietnam? A Vietnam visa for business and tourism purposes will be needed before you can take your trip to Vietnam. Vietnam offers single entry visas that are valid for 30 and 90 days, as well as multiple entry visas that are valid for 30 and 90 days. Also, you will need to provide a passport that is in good condition and valid for at least 6 months after you depart Vietnam. Your passport should have at least (2) blank visa pages in your passport to allow for any stamps that need to be put into your passport book. Also, if you will be connecting flight, you may need to obtain a transit visa in certain countries that your flight will be connecting. Inquire with your airline provider.

To obtain a Vietnam visa for business purposes, your documents should include an original, signed United States passport, at least (1) approved passport photograph and a business letter. The letter should include a description of the applicant, a description of the business actions that will take place, and declare the type of visa along with desired validity length. Lastly, the business letter should be written on the company’s letterhead you are employed with.

Is a family member or yourself entering Uganda? If so, you will need to obtain a Uganda Visa for tourism, business, and official purposes. Also, you will need to verify if your passport is in order and up to speed. Uganda requires certain guidelines regarding passports. These guidelines include a validity time frame of 6 months after you depart Uganda, and a minimum of (2) blank visa pages to accommodate for visa stamps.

Uganda Visa Requirements and Process

Regarding a Uganda visa, for a tourist visa, you will have to provide the documents required by Uganda Immigration. These documents include your signed United States passport with at least 6 months validity, a Uganda visa application form, an itinerary of your trip, (2) passport photographs and proof of a yellow fever vaccination. Also, you should provide a copy of your hotel reservations with the applicant’s name on the reservation for the hotel, or if staying with family or friends a notarized letter of invitation from them is required.

If traveling on business to Uganda, you will need to provide everything needed for a tourist visa with one addition. A business letter must be included from your employer and written on your employer’s letterhead. The letter should include a description of the applicant, a description of the business actions that will take place, and declare the type of visa along with desired validity length.

For an official visa, you will need to provide a Uganda visa application form, an original and signed United States passport, and an itinerary of your trip. Also, a State Department Letter from the United States Department of State. The State Department letter should include your detailed purpose of travel to Ivory Coast, names and addresses of establishments you will visit, and the dates of the trip. The letter should address the “Embassy of Uganda, Washington, D.C.”

Will you be traveling to beautiful Puerto Rico on your next vacation? Being that Puerto Rico is a United States territory, you will not need to obtain a Puerto Rico Visa in order to travel to Puerto Rico.

You will not need a passport to travel as a United States citizen that is returning from or traveling to any U.S. territories. You will need a valid driver’s license or state-issued photo identification.

The following list will provide you with destinations that are United States territories and will not need a passport or visa to travel to.

Puerto Rico

The U.S. Virgin Islands

American Samoa

Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands

Swains Island

Any U.S. citizen that returns directly from and U.S. territory has not been considered to have left the U.S. and does not need to have a passport present.

However, if you want to travel to other neighboring islands of Puerto Rico, then we advise that you make sure your passport is in order and up to date to avoid difficulties that may arise when traveling to nearby countries.

Your passport should have a minimum of 6 months validity left on it when you end your trip to Puerto Rico. Some countries will require a certain validity time frame after you leave that country. Some countries will require 1 month, some will require 6 months. It will all depend on the country you plan to visit. We recommend that you inquire with the country’s Embassy in which you wish to travel before traveling there.

Also, your passport should have at least (2) blank visa pages. The blank visa pages will allow for any visa stamps that need to be placed in your passport. At the time, issues have arisen due to the lack of visa pages in a passport book. So to avoid any difficulties while traveling, we recommend that you keep these two guidelines in mind.

Looking to travel to Venezuela? Is Venezuela the next destination for you? You will have to obtain a Venezuela Visa in order to travel to Venezuela for tourism and business purposes. Also, you will need to provide a passport that is in good condition and valid for at least 6 months after you depart Venezuela. Travelers have been denied entry to Venezuela because their passport books were in poor condition or there were less than 6 months of validity left on your passport. Venezuelan Immigration official is strict regarding traveler’s passports. Also, you should have a minimum of (2) blank visa pages in your passport to accommodate for any stamps that need to be put into your passport book.

Information For Venezuela Visa & Travel

Currently, we only have information on obtaining a Venezuela visa for business purposes. In order to obtain a Venezuela business visa, you will have to provide the proper documentation.

These documents include:

• An original, signed United States Passport
• An itinerary of your trip to Venezuela
• Hotel Reservations in the applicant’s name
• A Business Letter that includes a description of the applicant, type of business that will be conducted, declare the type of visa and validity length, and proof of sufficient funds. All of which should be written on your employer’s letterhead
• A Business Invitation that includes a description of the applicant, type of business that will be conducted, and declare the type of visa and validity length. All of which should be written on your employer’s letterhead
• A Letter of Incorporation which is a copy of the company’s Certificate of Incorporation.

Though we do not have to information for the documents needed for a tourist visa to Venezuela, all documents mentioned above with the exception of a business letter, a business invitation, and letter of incorporation are usually what is asked for.

Is Yemen the next destination that you have in mind? If so, you will have to obtain a Yemen visa in order to travel there on tourism, business, and official purposes. Also, your passport should be in order and up to date. A minimum of 6 months validity should be left on your passport before traveling to Yemen, a minimum of (2) blank visa pages should be in your passport book, and a transit visa may be needed if connecting flights in specific countries. Inquire with your airline company about the details of your flight and if a transit visa is necessary.

Currently, we do not have the necessary documentation needed for a tourist visa. However, the documents that are typically needed are a Yemen visa application form, your signed United States passport with at least 6 months validity, (2) passport photographs, an itinerary of your trip, and proof of a yellow fever vaccination. Also, you should provide a copy of your hotel reservations with the applicant’s name on the reservation for the hotel, or if staying with friends, a notarized letter of invitation from them.

Yemen Business Visa

To obtain a business Yemen visa, your documents should include a Yemen visa application form, your signed United States passport with at least 6 months validity, (2) passport photographs, a doctor’s note that confirms the applicant is free of contagious diseases, business letter and business invitation. A business invitation should entail an introduction of the applicant, the type of the business being conducted on the trip, and state the type of visa and desired validity length. The same will apply for a business letter with one more requirement. You will have to prove adequate funds for your traveling purposes with a business letter. Both the letter and invitation should be written on the company’s letterhead that you are employed with.

For an official visa, your documents should include a Yemen visa application form, your signed United States passport with at least 6 months validity, (2) passport photographs, and a State Department Letter addressed to the “Embassy of Yemen, Washington, D.C.” and should describe the reason for the trip along with travel dates.

Are you thinking about traveling to Tuvalu? You will not need to obtain a Tuvalu visa for tourism purposes for up to 3 months. You will, however, need to obtain a Tuvalu visa for business purposes that is usually valid for 3 months.

To obtain a Tuvalu visa for business purposes your documentation should include the applicant’s original, signed United States passport with 6 months validity after departing Tuvalu and a minimum of (1) blank visa page, Round-trip or onward ticket to prove your departure from Tuvalu, and proof of sufficient funds by providing your most recent bank statement.

Though a visa is not required for tourism purposes, you should ensure that your passport is up to date and in order. Below are some guidelines to keep in mind regarding your passport.

Passport Validity- Your passport should have a minimum of 6-month validity on it after your departure form Tuvalu. This will allow preventing any issues from arising at the port of entry in Tuvalu. Also, you can travel to countries that border Tuvalu worry-free with 6 months or more validity on your passport

Blank Visa Pages- We recommend that travelers have a minimum of (2) blank visa pages to allow for any needed visa stamps.

Transit Visa- A transit visa may be required if you will be connecting flights. Some countries will request travelers to provide a transit visa when connecting flights in that country. Ask your airline provider or your travel agent about the details of your flight.

Thinking about a trip to Turkmenistan? You will need to obtain a Turkmenistan visa in order to travel to Turkmenistan on business, tourism, or official purposes. A business letter should have a description of the applicant, state the nature of the business being conducted, type of visa along with validity length, and provide evidence of adequate funds.

For an official Turkmenistan visa, your documents should include, a Turkmenistan visa application form, an original, sign United State passport, (2) approved passport photographs, and a State Department Letter addressed to the “Embassy of a Turkmenistan, Washington, D.C.” and should include the applicant’s name, along with applicant’s passport number, the purpose/reason for the trip, and the dates in which you will be traveling.

Deciding on a trip to Tokelau? You will not need to obtain a Tokelau visa in order to travel to Tokelau for tourism purposes. However, you will have to obtain a Tokelau visa for business purposes. Also, you should make sure your passport is valid and up to date before your trip to Tokelau. Below is a list of requirements regarding your passport.

Passport Validity- Your passport should be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your intended departure from Tokelau. This will help prevent any issues from arising while your travel.

Blanks Visa Pages- Your passport should have a minimum of (2) blank visa pages to allow for any visa stamps that will be necessary.

Is Togo your next destination? If so, you will need to obtain a Togo visa in order to travel there. A Togo visa that is issued on arrival will be valid for 7 days with the option to extend that period. However, there may be delays in extending the period of time due to high traffic. You will also need to provide a passport that is in order and up to date. Your passport should have a minimum of (2) blank pages in it to allow for visa stamps, and a minimum of 6 months validity after you depart Togo.

To obtain a Togo tourist visa, your documents should include a Togo visa application for, (3) acceptable passport photographs, an original, signed United States passport, an itinerary of your trip, and proof of yellow fever vaccination.

To obtain a Togo business visa, your documents should include everything needed for a tourist visa plus a business letter. A business letter should include a description of the applicant, the types of business that will be conducted, the desired visa along with validity length, and proof of sufficient funds.

To obtain a Togo official visa, your documents should include a Togo visa application for, (3) acceptable passport photographs, an original, signed United States passport and a State Department Letter addressed to the “Embassy of Togo, Washington, D.C.” The letter should explain to the purpose of travel, travel dates, the applicant’s name, and their passport number.
