Papua New Guinea Visa – How To Apply For A Papua New Guinean Visa

If applying for a business Papua New Guinea visa, everything should be included as with a tourist visa with an addition of a business letter or invitation. A business invitation should include a description of the applicant, the nature of the business that will be taking place on the trip, and state the type of visa and preferred validity time. The same will apply for a business letter with one more condition. You will have to prove adequate funds for your traveling purposes with a business letter. Both the letter and invitation should be written on the company’s letter head that you are working for.

For an official Papua New Guinea visa, you will have to provide a Papua New Guinea visa application form, your signed United States passport with at least 6 months validity, (1) accepted passport photograph, and a State Department Letter that is addressed to the “Embassy of Papua New Guinea, Washington, D.C.” The State Department letter should entail the applicants name, passport number, reason for travel, and dates of the trip.
