Qatar Visa Requirements

A business letter should include an introduction of the applicant, the nature of the business that will be conducted on the trip, state the type of visa needed along with preferred validity length, and you will also have to prove sufficient funds for your traveling purposes. The business letter that you provide should be written on the company’s letterhead that you are working for.

If working on a project that is under contract with the United States Government, you will have to provide a U.S. Agency Letter as well. This letter should be addressed to the “Embassy of Qatar, Washington, D.C.” and should explain your reason for travel, length of stay, and travel dates. This letter will have to be provided in addition to a business letter.
