Tuvalu Visa – How to apply for a Tuvaluan visa

Are you thinking about traveling to Tuvalu? You will not need to obtain a Tuvalu visa for tourism purposes for up to 3 months. You will, however, need to obtain a Tuvalu visa for business purposes that is usually valid for 3 months.

To obtain a Tuvalu visa for business purposes your documentation should include the applicant’s original, signed United States passport with 6 months validity after departing Tuvalu and a minimum of (1) blank visa page, Round-trip or onward ticket to prove your departure from Tuvalu, and proof of sufficient funds by providing your most recent bank statement.

Though a visa is not required for tourism purposes, you should ensure that your passport is up to date and in order. Below are some guidelines to keep in mind regarding your passport.

Tuvalu Passport & Visa Information

Passport Validity- Your passport should have a minimum of 6-month validity on it after your departure form Tuvalu. This will allow preventing any issues from arising at the port of entry in Tuvalu.
