Ukraine Visa – How to apply for a Ukrainian visa
Does Ukraine sound like your next destination? If so, you will not need to acquire a Ukraine visa in order to travel there for up to 3 months. You will not need a Ukraine visa for 3 months in each 6 months period. If you wish to stay longer than 3 months in Ukraine, then you will need to obtain a residency permit. Keep in mind, you will not be able to obtain a Ukraine visa when you arrive at the Ukrainian airport or border. You should apply for your residency permit visa before your trip.
Also, you will need a valid and up-to-date passport for your trip to Ukraine. Below is a list of guidelines that will need to be met regarding your passport.
Check Passport Validity- Many times countries require travelers to have a certain amount of validity time on their passports before they can enter the country. To avoid any issues, we recommend that you have at least 6 months validity on your passport to be on the safe side.
Blank Visa Pages- Countries abroad usually require a minimum of (2) blank visa pages when you enter those countries. This will accommodate any stamps that need to be put in your passport book. Issues may arise if there are not enough blank visa pages.
Transit Visa- Occasionally, when traveling abroad on a flight that will be stopping in another country en route to your destination, a transit visa may be required. Inquire with your airline company about your flight specifics.
