Zambia Visa – How to apply for a Zambian visa

For an official visa, you will need to provide include Zambia visa application form, your original, signed United States Passport, (2) accepted passport photographs, a schedule of your trip and a State Department Letter, which should include the reason for the trip along with travel dates and should be addressed to “Embassy of Zambia, Washington, D.C.”
