Chesapeake Passport Offices – Where to Submit a Passport Application in Chesapeake, Virginia

There are several Chesapeake passport offices, stationed across the city. These are located in the City Clerk’s office at City Hall, the Chesapeake Treasurer’s satellite office on 20^th St. and the Treasurer’s western satellite office on Taylor Road. Additional nearby passport offices are available across the river to the north in Norfolk and to the east in Virginia Beach.

All of these locations can issue a new passport or renew one that is about to expire. Processing usually takes four to six weeks, but expedited service is available for an additional fee, and will usually reduce the required processing time to two to three weeks.
